How long does it take for the delivery service?

Delivery can take from 2-3 days to 3-4 weeks, maybe more due to unexpected conditions such as covid, and it highly depends on where the product is shipped from. On the product page, click the location of the closest warehouse. In the example below, if you are in New Zeeland or Australia, you’ll probably choose Australia. These location can appear as the country names (Spain) or country codes (ES).

The price might differ from one location to the other. That is because of the warehouse costs, so if you want to pay the cheapest price and you don’t need the ordered product next day, you’ll probably want to choose the cheapest location (Ships From). This will most likely be the producer’s warehouse.

What payment method should I use?

To make sure that we can accept payments and therefore operate all over the world, we currently offer a primary credit/debit card payment option powered by Stripe and a secondary option which is PayPal. You can use either of these two, depending on which one works better for you.

The only difference between them, regarding the checkout process, is that that using the cart option you can pay for multiple products at once (single as well), while using the PayPal option you have to pay for each product.

Why the tracking number can’t be found?

After the orders are delivered and the tracking number is issued by the delivery company, it could take a few days for the tracking number number to become known/available for the tracking services such as 17track.net, that we use on out website. Wait 2-3 days before tracking your order again. Additionally, if the tracking number will change, you will get a notification about the new one, by email.

How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

I cannot find what I need?

In this case, do not hesitate to contact us and we will send you the link/s to whatever you are searching for.

Is Shipping Free for all products?

Yes, we offer free shipping, so the price you will see is the price you will pay.

If, however, in the future we will implement shipping fees for some our more expensive products, these will be calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume, and will be displayed on the checkout page (no hidden fees).

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.

Can I write a product review?

Not only that you can, but we highly encourage it. Many of our satisfied customers already did and some of them have also uploaded pictures with the products that they have ordered and received. Some people read the reviews in order to decide whether a product is worth buying.
